The A.S.S.E.T Project is a community-led training and support pathway that combines accredited construction learning, cultural grounding, mentoring and wraparound support to help young people move toward employment and further training.

Ninth Bastion is part of a structured youth training and support model that prepares young people for real pathways into work.
Students are referred into the program and supported through intake, rapport building, readiness assessment and early connection.
Students learn about ASSET ENVIROMENT (culture), the journey and group development. Setting the tone and foundation for the course.
Our Face to Face, 13 Week program, running 3 Days per week, is a nationally recognised qualification equips students with the essential skills and knowledge to start their journey in the construction industry.
The add-on includes resume support, emotional regulation skills intervention RAGE, drug and alcohol education, cooking sessions, self-care, and workforce preparation.
Students access 6 weeks of work experience, site visits and casual employment through our local partners.
Through the Workforce Pipeline, our coaches and mentors remain involved post-placement to help students adjust, persist and succeed.
The strongest differentiator is not just the certificate. It is the combination of community leadership, cultural safety, mentoring, local employer engagement and support beyond the classroom.
