Participants become employees of the employer once they commence paid work. Our role is to identify, prepare and support suitable candidates, then coordinate a structured placement where the employers can assess long-term fit.


No. We prepare and place candidates, but the employer hires and pays them directly. 


Yes. A placement and workforce support fee applies once a participant commences placement with the employer.
